Friday night I finished this cute owl up so I could share her at my guild meeting Saturday morning. I really love how snowy she turned out. I have special plans for her :)

A small note from someone who just made this pattern: There are few sections (I know for sure the eyes and one of the wood pieces) that the numbers are a bit out of order. I ended up NOT following the numbers exactly as printed because they just didn't make sense to me. I think I still ended up with the correct results even though I didn't follow it perfectly; again, this is just MY opinion and how I did it; maybe the way the sections are printed will make sense to you, but they just weren't working for me. That aside, it was very simple and fun!
Today we are meeting teachers for my son's first year in Elementary school, Kindergarten!!! I can't believe school is starting this week. When does school start where you are? I think August is too early, personally.
I love your little owl and can't wait to see what you do with it. Our school starts Aug 13th and it just seems like they got out of school. The sad part is the weather feels like it's turning into summer weather not fall weather.
